These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of www.sukkasukka.fi. By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Do not continue to use www.sukkasukka.fi website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Ilomo Oy’s terms of purchase are subject to change, it is always recommended to read them before ordering. All orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering.

Customer must ensure that all information provided is correct e.g., Billing information and Shipping information.

Orders are collected from the online shop by adding the products to the shopping cart. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality of the online shop to pay for the order. By confirming an order, you accept these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs. An e-mail confirmation will be delivered in case an e-mail address is provided by the time of confirming the order. The e-mail confirmation lists the products ordered and the price breakdown.

Payment and Prices

All prices are in Euros and include VAT in accordance with Finnish law.

Prices do not include the delivery costs of the order. The delivery costs are stated separately in the shopping cart or at checkout.

Promotional discounts are calculated from normal prices and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Unfortunately, we cannot grant a discount on products after the e-commerce order has been placed.

Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of www.sukkasukka.fi online shop. Visma Payments Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.

The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade.

Payment methods

With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Jousto, Fellow Lasku, Fellow Yrityslasku, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Jousto invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance. With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts. You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts, starting from 9,90 eur/month. Expenses for Jousto part-payment are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% interest. OP Lasku: A flexible invoice payment method. OP Lasku serves all Finnish banks’ customers. Suitable for online purchases of up to 5000 € with an interest-free payment term of 45 days. The instalment option adds flexibility to purchases. Your purchases are visible in one place so you can easily keep track of them. Invoices are sent to you by email. Shipping and deliveries

We deliver orders within 3-5 working days of receiving the order. There is no minimum order amount. We always deliver from Finland. For now, we only deliver to addresses located in Finland. You can choose the desired delivery method for your purchase at checkout. All orders on weekdays will be mailed within 24 hours.

Due to season or congestion, delivery may be delayed. Ilomo Oy is not responsible for delivery delays or other delays that are not due to Ilomo Oy.

Delivery Methods:

  • POSTI direct to mailbox.

       -The package will be distributed directly to your mailbox.

  • POSTI Pick up point (Free for purchase over €70)

       -You can order a shipment to be picked from several POSTI pick-up points or parcel machines near you.

       -You will be able to track the progress of the package.

Failure of delivery caused by the customer, such as uncollected orders and mailbox delivery which cannot be delivered due to missing information / customer communication regarding the time of delivery, will be charged a return fee of EUR 9.95.

Orders that are automatically returned to us due to delivery failures as mention above are generally not subject to the right of cancellation.

Ilomo Oy is not responsible if your order is delivered to a different pick-up point than what you had chosen when ordering. Often the most popular parcel machines can be full, in which case the logistics company has the right to deliver the order to the nearest available pick-up point.

Return & exchange of orders

The customer has a right to change or return ordered products during 14 days of receiving the order.  The right to return begins when you or a third party you designate received the products included in your order.

If you wish to change or return products, please contact us first for the instructions before the cancellation period expires. Please attach your name, contact details and your bank account number for receiving the refund.

The returned product (s) must be unused and in the original packaging. All product information and care labels, etc. must still be attached to the product.

If the defect is ours or if there is a quality defect in the product, the return of the product is free of charge.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.

It is not possible to exchange the ordered product in our online store. If you want to change the size or if you want to change it to another product, return the product and place a new order.

Failure to pick up an order is not a return of the product in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, but it is a breach of contract on the part of the buyer. In such a case, we have the right to demand compensation from the buyer for the costs incurred. We charge a handling fee of EUR 6.00 for orders that have not been collected from Posti within the retention period.

You have the right to cancel a transaction if your order is delayed. If your products are delayed, we will contact you and announce a new delivery time.

Complaints and problems

The right to complain only applies to product defects and we are not responsible for the normal consumption of the product.

Complaint should be done within a reasonable time after you notice or should have noticed the error. A complaint made within two months of the discovery of an error is always considered to have been sent on time.

Please inform us without a delay – at least within 14 days – in case a product has lost or damaged in shipping. The logistics company must be also informed regarding any products damaged in shipping.

Ilomo Oy is committed to try all possible legal ways to solve the problem and complaints of its customer.

Ilomo Oy will comply with the recommendations / decisions of consumer authorities or other dispute resolution bodies.

If the dispute concerning the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board link: www.kuluttajariita.fi . Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice of the Local Register Office link:  www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi.

Customer information

The customer is obliged to provide their complete contact information when placing an order in www.sukkasukka.fi, which includes at least the first name, surname, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address.

By placing an order, you agree that we will store and use your information to complete and deliver your order and to provide you with a service that meets your expectations and a shopping experience. Ilomo Oy has the right to process and disclose information in the customer register for justified uses, in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/99).

The right to cancel the transaction

Ilomo Oy reserves the right to terminate the transaction, at any time before delivery, of an Order that has as incorrect quantity or a price error e.g., the product price differs from the actual selling price or has no price at all.

The customer has right to cancel an order before the order is dispatched. The cancellation must be done in written by an e-mail to asiakaspalvelu@sukkasukka.fi.

Force Majeure

Ilomo Oy reserves the right to suspend its obligations for a month to its customers in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disaster, fire, floods, embargoes, war, acts of war, insurrections, riots, strikes, transport disruption, import and export bans, lockouts or other labour disturbances, acts of God, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of either party.

In the event of force majeure, both Ilomo Oy and Customer have the right to terminate the agreement without any liability for damages.
